AlFa Logics has been awarded an institution-wide bedside monitoring upgrade for the New Year to span over a 4 month period in partnership with a nationally acclaimed client and Philips Healthcare.

Our proficient team has accomplished thorough scoping and budget development and will be leading the entire upgrade with technical and clinical teams to include close management of:

• Approximately $2M+ Budget
• Virtual Infrastructure procurement, install/configuration and end-to-end testing
• Clinical training for 250 department managers/leads
• Vendor management and coordination for after-hours bedside software and memory board upgrades
